We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible using Poland Post
\nDespatch
\nAll of our furnitures is made to order within 7-14 day despatch. We will let you know as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

In busier periods such as Christmas time, it may take our team slightly longer to despatch your order. We work through orders in date order, oldest to newest.<\/p>\n

If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of the original postage which will need to be paid before we can resend the parcel to you again. Or if the order is being refunded, it will be refunded minus the cost of any postage paid. In any instance where it\u2019s our\/our carriers fault that the order hasn\u2019t been delivered, then we will resend the parcel free of charge.<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong>
\nThe method used to send your order will depend on its weight and destination.<\/p>\n

For orders under 1kg within the POLAND – we use Poland Post – registered letter.
\nFor orders over 1kg within the Poland – your order will be sent Poland Post – package.<\/p>\n

Your parcel will be fully trackable and you will receive all of your tracking\/delivery information directly from us by e-mail.<\/p>\n

For deliveries outside of the POLAND – we use Poland Post<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Poland Post is a standard service for parcels weighing 1- 2 kg, it allow you to track your parcel.<\/p>\n

The Poland Post service is fully trackable.<\/p>\n

Multiple Parcels<\/strong>
\nDepending on the items that you order, due to packaging and shipping restrictions, we may have to split your order into multiple parcels. Therefore, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.<\/p>\n

Costs and Additional Fees
\nThe cost of shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on both the delivery location and the parcel weight.<\/p>\n

Customs Fees<\/strong>
\nOverseas deliveries can be subject to Customs fees, these are beyond our control. They vary from country to country and delivery to delivery depending on the goods ordered.<\/p>\n

Any parcel sent overseas is with Poland Post. If duties are due on your order, the Customs team of your local delivery service will contact you to arrange payment before the parcel will be delivered to you. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to sender. Once received back, we will refund the items in your order but will not refund the postage charged as we have sent the order in good faith.<\/p>\n

Customs and import taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.<\/p>\n

If, for any reason, your order does not arrive with you when expected, we would ask you to notify us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n
